A woman in Greek flowing dress holds a parchment,with the family's birth and death dates written upon it. In the foreground are three small stones, with Father, Mother and Son, reading from right to left. The expression of the woman is one of either sorrow or deep in thought. The family name itself is carved in fancy script on a rough hewn style rock, which the woman leans on for support. Under the name fern leaves on a long branch were carved. A red geranium is in the center.
