The Potter's Field
Surrounding the outer edge of the cemetary is the Potter's Field. Used for
people that died with no family, or were too poor to afford a proper burial,
markers were used to denote where they are interred, and a number (i.e.,
289) so that proper records could be kept. The large stone between the two
trees has a large rose (or a peony) on it; unfortunately it's too worn to
get the name and date on it.
