North Burial Ground
Corners of North Main Street & Branch Avenue,
Providence, RI

Founded in the 1700's, it now contains the remains of four separate cemetaries (West Burial Ground, now defunct; Quaker Burial Ground and two Historical Cemetaries) as well as retaining the original interments. Still in use today, it is a reminder of a time long past, and a great place to view Rhode Island's history through the people who lived there.
