"Our Beloved Kittie."

TThe center stone, a hollowed-out tri-cut design, has a shower of stone violets with a dove in the center. (The head was broken off in a case of vandalism.)
It's the grave of Alice Stewart; her sister Nellie (right) has stone daisies carved into her stone. Alice was 6 at the time of her death; Nellie was 4. "Our Beloved Kittie," most likely was an affectionate tag given in Victorian times.
