Historical Cemetery
Hartford Avenue, Johnston, RI
According to the Town of Johnston, not much is known about this cemetery, only that it is no longer in use (the last burial was in 1922). The oldest stone dates back to 1720, and is predominantly one family, that of the King family. Unfortunately, since this cemetery is no longer in use, it has fallen into dereliction; vandalism (such as broken stones and graffiti) have become prevalent.
